Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

Dear Sirs,

I want to ask that if husband wife are separated since 8 months but no divorce, no couort case still is launched from either side. can wife go for job/work (part time or full time) without permission/intimation of husband? I mean if she does anything illegal/immoral, afterall husband will be responsible of her acts although seperated but she is still his wife. Is it true?

untill she is in your Nikah , she can't visit even her in laws without your permission.. and if you are ready to maintain her , in that case she is not eligible to commence or resume any kind of job...
