Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan

Hi....!

My name is Rameez Iqbal.I m the student of MBA doing in Hr specilization.My father has been died last 7 years ago.I have six brothers and 4 sisters.we have big agriculture and skni(city) land but this is in combined account.in combind account my one uncle who have 7 sons and 4 sisters and 3 mamun(brothers of my mother).but all only three persons control whole land.One is my uncle son and the other one is My mamun and in our family my big brother.These 3 persons control all the land and they are misusing their authority.These persons are selling their land and dont told to other partners.Just give some amount and that on sometime not after every deal.Remaining partners are very weak.They dont take action or speak against them because they are illetrate and dont know the law and also dont know where is the land in the city.Now i want to seperate my part,not my own part but also my other brothers and sisters.But my weaknesses is that i live in another city for some study and there is one year remaining to finish my study but they are regularly selling their land.They also told to me that we can not seperate the part or divide the land according to each share.it demnads time and very complex thing.Second these three persons are very active and thay give all there land on credit for one year(Muta)Each year they received a lot of amount from muta from different people but they dont give to other partners.Now i want that first land should be divided,if not then i want that they should ask to me before sold the land.What should i have to do to tackle these persons and save our property.can i case the land which they sold to other persons.and plz also told me that can i sold the part of my land without other partners will?and third thing which i want to ask u that if i make a stay order then what is its procedure and what essential documents are needed for this.One thing more i want to told u that i know only some part of my land that where is it but mostly knowledge these thrree people have and they dont tell to other persons.Please tell me the solution.i also want to stop them but also want to continue my study.so now give me shortcut through i frightened to these three persons so that each time they sold they ask to me before selling.........................Plz also suggest me some book of law where i can found law procedures for handling the land issues related to agriculture land also and also tell me some book or website where i can improve my knowledge about agriculture land issues and problems and then methods of stay order and making a sue against other person............THANKS
