My father is Dead leaving a house we have a sale agreement with my father name sir the problem is that at the time of sale the lease was not transfer to my father name there was the loan which my father payed in 1997 the house is on general power of attorney of my fathers name because my father is dead so the attorney is not valid now We are five brother and sister and we want share by selling it now what we should do to resolve this matter so we could sale the house sir kindly give any suggestion i will be highly thankful to you
