Re: car accident

I am bit confused by your e-mail. If I understand it correctly, you were in an accident where the other driver was cited for a dui and your own insurance company won't cover your property damage. You are asking if you can be sued for the rest of the money. If the other driver is at fault for the accident, which seems probable in light of his intoxicated state, then you will not likely be sued in this case, and if you are, you will win the case.

If you were injured or your car was damaged as a result of the negligence of the drunk driver then you can sue for the damages resulting to you as a result of the accident. If you are interested in discussing this I can be reached at (215) 963-1555.
