Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania

I filed an Amicus Curiae with the PA Supreme Court, an it was officially listed in the docket as a "cross court" docket number info itself.

I now filed an other Amicus Curiae in our local court of common pleas, they didn't list it in any official fashion (cross court docket) Aren't they required to officially list my brief?

You do not indicate what county you are in. Really, I need more facts Each county has their own rules about briefs. I would check the county rules to see what they say about filing briefs. The state rule (Pa.R.Civ.P. 210) does not say anything related to your case.

The brief should be noted on the docket history of the case. There is no cross-court docket that I am aware of. You either filed to support the Plaintiff or the Defendant and the brief will be submitted to the trial judge along with whatever motion, brief and response by the main parties is filed.
