benefits of switching to LLC

I am researchinig for a pro/con list of Corporation vs LLC. Is there such a lsit?

I am not aware of any list. However, with regard to the recent changes under Pennsylvania law, LLC gives you the greater flexibility. I suggest you consult with legal counsel to discuss your particular concerns. All things being equal, I suggest you consider LLC. However, your particular situation must be reviewed.
