How do I convert my LLC to a nonprofit in Pennsylvania?

The short answer is you don't or at least not typically. Assuming you are seeking federal tax exempt status, the IRS will only allow the LLC to be used if each member already has its own independent tax exampt status. Otherwise, you create a non-stock corporation with PA then send in your 1023 to the IRS.
