how does a corporation prove ownership under pennsylvania law ? their was a change of ownership but the plaintiff states in complaint no written assignment was deleivered by previous owner ???? thank you for your help ....

The corporation, an asset(s) of the corporation, etc. The entire background and circumstances giving rise to the complaint need to be considered.
