Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

I have anxiety disorder and am trying to be fired. Is that legal? and what can I do about it?

IF, you qualify as 'disabled' under the definitions of the ADA, then the company must reasonably accommodate your disability if possible, IF your physicians reports indicate you can do your job with specified accommodations, and you perform up to the minimum standards of performance, behavior and attitude with that accommodation.
