Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

i was racial harass and insulted with racial slurs by a manager of my job for a whole year ive compl;ained to corp and the head store manager of my job who done nothing to stop the insults and slurs after a year i decided to file a charge with the Human Relations and the EEOC at the time they completed there investigation and my company took full responsibility of that managers action and demoted him and transferred him but before doing so they tried to transferr me for fileing the charge now that the EEOC finish the investigation i still have my job but do i have a right to sue and if so what do u think my reward could be...
