Legal Question in Construction Law in Pennsylvania

unpaid bill to contractor

I recently completed a large roofing job for a client. Upon completion she refused to pay the balance. We had an original quote/invoice for the job at $3600....however, the labor increased drastically and the final bill was set at $5300....the debt being $1,690.33

She refuses to pay, and I would request some knowledgable advice about what way i should turn legally...thanks jay

Re: unpaid bill to contractor

I recommend that you file suit in Small Claims court in your local district court. You can get heard relatively quickly, and it can bring quick resolution to the matter.
