Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

I just bought a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. After driving it for a week i washed it and noticed it had acid rain marks eaten into the paint. They now have the vehicle and say they are going to repair it. I do not want a new car with a second paint job. What are my rights?
