Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Breach of Contract (Horse)

I bought a horse last year, a stallion. I bought him for the purchase price of $1300 with two free breedings a year too the seller. I am having issues with the horse and want to sell or geld him. It doesn't state anywhere on the bill of sale/contract that I cannot sell him or that I cannot geld him, only the purchase price plus two breedings. The old seller is stating that I will breach the contract if I sell or geld. What are my options?

Re: Breach of Contract (Horse)

Do not geld and protect free breading. If you would like to discuss specifics, please contact me and I would be happy to help you with a contract to sort this out.
