Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

we are in negotiations with multiple builders of a new house, one builder advertises "Best Price Guarantee- let us do an apples to apples comparison with any competitors comparable floor plan and features and we guarantee we will beat their price" but when we submitted an almost identical quote from a different builder for $208 K the best price they could come up with was $20K higher, is there any recouse to have the builder honor their "Beat their price" guarantee?

Unless you signed papers with the "Best Price Guarany" builder, there is not likely much that you can do except to report the builder to the Better Bussiness Bureau and/or the state attoeny generals office for false advertising. If you tried to hold that builder to his price, through a lawsuit, you probably would get a house with shoddy construction. If you did hire that builder, which it sounds like you didn't, you should see a lawyer immediately.
