bank accounts restrain
I had credit cards I was going throw married problem so in febaury 2002 I move from new york to pennsylvania I could not affrod to pay so I open a bank account in pennsylvania now 5 years they put a restrain on my bank account in june 2007 .the restrain is from the courts in New york city or they allow to do this.

They would have transferred the Judgment to Pennsylvania and attached your account, I believe.
