Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Someone is calling me saying there in officer and that I'm being charged for fraud they have all my info but he would not send me documentation and insisted that I had to pay 325.00 today or the where going to take me to court could this be a scam.

Definitely sounds like a scam to me. Get the name and phone number of who is calling you (caller ID?) and go from there. You should resport this to the police and, if it is actually a collection agency you can sue them for violation of state and federal law. Email me if you have other questions.
