Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

money owed to me

I have a contract that was signed and noterised stating that my ex pay me back the sum of 8,000 dollars. This sum is to be paid off in payments of 75 dollars a week. I received a few payments at first, but now the payments have stopped all together. I am no longer able to get in contact with my ex, due to him changing his phone number. What can I do?

Re: money owed to me

We can file a suit tomorrow in the County where he resides. Given the amount claimed, it appears this matter could be handled in Small Claims, meaning the filing fee wuld be relatively small.

You can contact my office direct by phone or reply via e-mail if you have any other questions.
