If the debt has been sold to a debt collector, you do not want to pay on that account. If you hire a consumer attorney, whether it is my firm or another, your odds of winning are extremely high. Contact a consumer attorney, again, whether its my office or another, for a free case review.

You have 20 days to file a written response to the lawsuit. An attorney can and should do that for you.
