Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Co signed a loan for my nephew

cosigned a loan for a tractor trailer for my nephew. He dsefaulted on the loan and the bank took a $45,000.00 CD.

My nephew paid me $300.00 a week for 3 weeks and then the truck broke down, and he parked it and started selling parts off of it for his crack habit.

He now is driving a pickup truck that he paid over $30,000.00 for and bought a new harley.

He also took over the morgage on his parents house and threw his mother and wife and kids out.

Over thge last 3 or 4 years he's paid aound $2,600.00 dollars and n the past year about $100.00

He now disconected the phone and uses a cell phone witch I can't get the number

The money the bank took came from a setlement I recieved because of an accident had that left me paralyzed from the waist down.

I also lost $200.00 a month the CD was paying

Is there anything can do?

Please help
