Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

How do I get an ''X'' boss to reimburse expenses owed?

My X employer agreed to reimburse me for advertising expenses and now refuses to pay me. I have an e-mail from him stating he would pay me but he still will not. Can I sue him in Small Claims Court and if so how do I obtain the proper forms and process to follow.

You will have to locate the District Justice (small claims court) in the District that your employer does business or resides. You can locate the Court by calling the Court Administrator in the county where the District Court is located. I can assist you with the forms and fill them out for a small fee or you can get the form from the local court. Let me know if I can help. Gerald Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390

If you are in Pennsylvania, you may file a claim with the local district justice where the defendant is located. You can locate the district justice at
