abscondence
what is the normal punshiment for abscondence. The person has 3+ druf felonies has been on porol for a year but hasd not reported. They have not gotten in any more trouble and plans to turn themself in. How much time is he looking at?

Clearly the parole has been violated. So at a minimum he is looking at going back to prison for the remaining time left on his sentence. The remaining time will probably be calculated from when he quit reporting to his PO.
