Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Hello, how do I get an appointed case as an attorney? I'm curious of the exact process I should go through to get an appointment for either criminal, probate or appellate court cases.
I know I have to go to the court to actually get the appointment, but should I call a judge first or just show up? etc.
Thanks
Brandon

All three types of matters have different procedures. You should start by calling the local bar association referral service. They will know the procedures.
