Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Help me please

We were at the bar, I was the driver, I counted my drinks and was sure i was ok, So we got into my car and we started to drive, well the ramp for our hotel was on the other side of the divider, at the next light I banged the U turn. I guess there was a no u-turn sign there, but behind me in a shopping center parking lot, I saw lights go on. So i quickly pulled into the Wawa parking lot and walked briskly away from my car before the officer could make it across the street and into the lot where my car now was. He came around the building in his cruiser but I slipped through a fence and disappeared. My reasoning for running was in honest fear. I was 100% sure that my BAC was below .08, seeing how peoples body process alcohol differently, i really didn't want to take the chance. So I ran like hell, my car was impounded and my cousins left to walk back to the hotel. Obviously I received citations in the mail, one for no license, one for no insurance, one for no registration and then for the illegal u-turn. I have the license, insurance and registration all covered, but my main question is can they get me for evading? When I go to court to fight these tickets, what happens if I admit I was I was there? How do stay out of more trouble?

Re: Help me please

First and foremost, if you are worried about possibly being later charged with a dui, your defense would be that they have no proof that you were driving, and even if they could prove that you were driving, they can't prove that you didn't drink something after you left the car, like from a flask so you could beat the dui that way. Also, no BAC no Blood Test.

As far as the evading goes or any of the tickets go, the burden of proof is on the commonwealth, not on you. You don't have to prove a darn thing. Can they prove that you were driving? Do they have a witness that can say they saw you behind the wheel?

Also, I would say that may wish to speak with a lawyer before going into court. The evading charge is somewhat worrisome for me.
