Getting caught with lsd
A friend of mine was pulled over and found with 20 hits of lsd. Is it true that he can be charged with manslaughter just for having that?

Somebody has to die for someone to be charged with manslaughter.

maybe i missed something, but did some die?
there is a statute in pa for death caused by drug delivery, but is that what you mean?
