The government may move a court to seal the premises pending a forfeiture action. The government may attempt to permanently seize the house from you in a quasi-criminal, quasi-civil proceeding.

If the government tries this, you should immediately obtain counsel with forfeiture experience. It is a very narrow but complex area of the law. The faster you move to unseal the property, the more likely it is that you'll keep it in the end.
