Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I need to know if I am able to have my criminal record sealed, or expunged. I am 35 years old with a first time felony (Possession with intent to deliver narcotics.) I am unable to find employment with this looming over me. Please help!!!

You would not qualify for an expungement with having a felony charge. The only way to get this off your record would be through a governor's pardon, which is typically a long process and is often difficult to get.
