Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

how do i plea?

i am facing a disorderly conduct and carrying a fake id, and im wondering how i should plea? if i plea guilty would i most likely just pay fines? if i plea not guilty would i have to meet with the magistrate and then maybe have the fines reduced? and im wondering what both situtations would do to my permanit record

Disorderly conduct can be held for court as a Misdemeanor of the Third Degree. If you showed the fake ID to the cops that's also a Misdemeanor 3. If you are being charged with simply carrying a false ID, then I think you are probably a minor and it would be a summary offense. If you are a minor, then it may be possible to get you into a diversionary program if this is your first offense. If you are an adult the police may be willing to reduce the charges to summary offenses.
