Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

i have recently been charged with simple assault reckless endangerment of another person. This is first time that i have been charged and the party do not pursue and i have to go to court next month.What do i need to do and how to get least punishment?

There is a chance that the charges could be dismissed if the complainant does not appear. You should retain an experienced attorney to go to court with you to fight for your rights, as the prosecutor could take advantage with you if you are unrepresented.

If you are found guilty, the charges could carry jail time, although there are some variables, such as prior record, injuries.
