Simple Assualt

I am being blamed for hitting a person in a bar fight, I am being charged with simple assualt, harrassment, and making terristic threats. I am fighting all of these but if charged what am I looking at. I am in college to become a teacher will i be able to teach. I have no prior record

This is serious. Because assault is not a "non-violent" offense, you will not be eligible for A.R.D. unless the charges are reduced. In addition, you have some serious Act 34 concerns if the charges are not reduced.

You need to hire a competent attorney in the County where you are facing these charges.
