Underage Violation
if cop stops people and hold them there for an hour without reading them thier rights... then give one individual a PBT about 45 min into it.... and a .04 is blown, is there any way to have the PBT thrown out. The individual is underage

I would think that a PBT is a breathalyer test. The question is whether the stop and arrest meet constitutional muster. My telephone number is 800 273 7933.
