Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

video taping a privacy issue?

my nasty neighbor has chosen to video tape our every move. We taped him right back video taping my 13 yo son while he was playing in the yard! The camers was ''hidden'' then he pulls it out with a sick smirk. I only have my end of it however because we filmed it from an upstairs window directly to him. No panning was possible. I told hi to knock it off but I do believe he has been spying on us for years, the wife aslo. Now that I confronted him he has decided he needs to report things to my township like, sheds being too close toproperty lines, fences not far enpough over, pounded border into my side lawn proclaiming iot is his. He is intoxicated many of the times. Would an attornet take this on a contingency basis if I sued for pain and suffering? Also, they have no children......

Re: video taping a privacy issue?

What exactly is he video taping? What exactly are you video taping? There may be a possible harrassment case here...but my recommendation is to sit down with your neighbor and work out your differences, if you can't, then you will need to contact an attorney.
