Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

A co-worker is ill at first she lost a dramatic amt of weight then she had a yellowish tint skin, then she was out of work for almost a yr upon her return she looks ashen color she is constantly sick. I walked into the kitchen where I observed this person drinking out of my half gallon container of milk (I label everything) when she saw me she stated I gues this is yours I went to HR and told her what happened this was 2/19/09 she gave me a leter that she was told but person she was no contagious and is expecting medical info from doctor. I waited till last week I ask HR again and she said well no not yet I told her that this has affected my sleep I need to know. the following day I was laid off not due to this( i hope) well I told hr that if I did not receive info i requested I was contacting an atty she gave me a note from her local dr stating she no communicable dieases I know Hippa law but this woman was at hershey med and other places for tests. this is laying heavy on my mind?
