Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Civil Case

I want to file a civil case against the person that hit my car and totaled it. I want to sue for lost wages, and out of pocket expenses. The question I have is who do I sue. The person that owns the car was not driving someone else was. Should I just file a civil case in both names and have both served with papers.

Re: Civil Case

Well, it depends--were you in the car? If you were in the car, you should contact our offices right away to discuss your options--you may not even have to file suit to recover your money.
