Date for dui. is it the arrest date or conviction date?

I am you are referring to the 10 year lookback period for a 2nd or more DUI. It goes from the date of the arrest for the new case, back 10 years to the date of conviction for the prior. If there is more than 1 offense within ten years, mandatory jail time increases substantially.
