What does the statue on drinking and driving in Pennsylvania state?

The statute is a tiered (stiffer penalties for higher BAC) DAI (driving after imbibing - Mere presence of BAC within 2 hours of driving is criminal).

Why don't you just ask someone what does the Bible state?....contact an attorney, or ask a more specific question. The Pennsylvania DUI law is very specific and depends upon the Defendant's level of intoxication and several additional factors.
