dui fines

is there a statute of limitations on paying the fines for a dui 15 years ago? my license was restored in 1995 but i can't pay the $2400 fine to get it back.

No, if you don't pay the fines, you will never receive your license back. You can apply for a Occupational limited license, but these are rarely if ever granted to DUI offenders. Be advised that if you are caught driving on a DUI related suspended license you are looking at additional jail time of up to 60 days and $1,000.00. Suck it up and pay the fine, even if it means you pay $100.00 per month.
