dui

this my second offense and i had my 9 month old child in the back seat of the car that i was driving. what kind of punishment am i looking at.

Every time I'm faced with a DUI question about penalties I have to look at the statute. The penalties these days are different depending on the blood alcohol content. So it isn't really possible to answer your question. Also Mr. Spanovich has a good point in that you should obtain a local attorney. Different counties have different DA's and different guidelines. If this was in Indiana, PA I think you would be wise to consult an attorney local to Indiana.
