Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

DUI in PA-Live in WI

I am a Wisconsin resident and was just pulled over for a DUI in Pennsylvania last week. I have not received any of my information in the mail yet being that it just happened, but I have a few questions. This is my first offense and I am wondering if I am eligible for ARD even though I am out of state. Also, I am in nursing school and need to drive for clinicals. If my license gets suspended, is it possible to get a kind of ''limited'' license to just drive for school?

Thank you!

Out of state defnedants can get ARD. The suspension you receive is based on BAC. Your ability to get an OLL (Occupational Limted License) is based on a number of factors. You should contact an attorney. I offer free initial consultations.

an out of state resident can get ard. that doesn't mean that you will get it. ard depends on other factors.

i believe the occupational license question deals with the current law in wisconsin, not pa.
