Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

dui question
i have a DUI in PA and NJ is asking me to claim any arrests to do mortgage solicating. do I should I say yes?i dont want to get in trouble but do i really need to say that i did ?

An attorney would have to review your history to answer this question accurately....did you get the matter expunged?
