Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I just got pulled over and had weed in the car and got a blood sample taken. They didn't take me into the station. What happened? Does this mean they didn't find anything in my system? No one told me.

In the counties, you will receive a citation in the mail. You will likely get charged with dui and possession of a controlled substance. You can call me at 215 266 8544 to discuss.

You did not say where it occurred and I would need more information to properly advise you. However, almost every DUI proceeds by summons. You will receive the criminal complaint in the mail along with a summons to appear in District Court for your Preliminary Hearing. It typically takes 2-3 weeks to get the charges in the mail and it usually comes regular mail and certified.

My website has a ton of DUI info if you need more information or you can call me for a free consult.
