son is 20 first dui

My son is 20 years old, He was stopped for a speeding violation, at least 40 over the limit. He was cuffed and taken in and finger printed. He said they did not read him his rights.he did take a breath test. This is his second speeding ticket and first DUI. what will happen next? Cumberland county PA

Your son should be eligible for ARD. He will have a license suspension, serve 6 month's probation, community service, pay costs and have to attend alcohol highway safety school. He needs to get an attorney to advise him through the process. I offer free consultations.
