Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Underage drinking citation - college student

Our son received a UAD citation while in an apartment with several other kids in Harrisburg. His level was .05. This is his first time. Is it better to plead guilty and accept the consequences, plead not quilty (as the other kids are) or request ARD? If he completes ARD, does he still lose his drivers license? Will his car insurance rates skyrocket? Thank you for any advice.

A good lawyer can probably get your son another diversion program or a plea to disorderly conduct which carries no suspension. I offer free consultations.
