Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Statute of limitations

I got a dui in September of 2004. I still have not recieved any papers charging me for the offense or a court date. Is there a stute of limitations to be charge with a DUI in Pennsylvania. If so, what happens if I don't recieve anything in that time frame?

Re: Statute of limitations

The statute of limitations would be two years. If you have moved or had a different address on your license the court may have sent notice out. I suggest contacting an attorney to concduct a discrete search if charges have been filed. I oofer free consultations.
