I own a local bowling alley in Pennsylvania. I have an opportunity to purchase a type of slot machine called Dino Dino. Am I legally allowed to pay cash out to winners in my center? If not, what type of penalty am I looking at?

It is illegal to pay out and you could face jail time or a fine.

Now is probably about the worst possible time to experiment with slot machines. You may have noticed in recent years that the state is going to legalize these things and tax them heavily. When they do, what do you think they are going to do with the illegal ones that aren't paying taxes?
