How do I get my 27 year old son out of my house. I have asked him to leave I even gave him a letter to leave the property by Aug 1. He told me that I can't kick him out because this is his legal address.

So your next question is "Son, what is your Supreme Court ID number?"
Your son is what the law calls a tenant at sufferance. You can evict him but it isn't easy. Se the case in New York.
Personally I cutoff the WiFi, internet and cable tv.
