Asset division-house
In the event of a divorce or death, I would like to know if I would be entitled to the house. The deed is in only my husband's name and so are all of his other assets.

In case of divorce, you might be entitled to an equitable division of the marital assets in the house. In case of death, it would depend what the will states, if he has a will or it would be determined by the laws of intestacy.
