Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My brother left his wife about 2 months ago. They still had a joint checking account. She withdrew all of the money, then made more charges, that made the account overdrawn. Now she has filed for support. Even though all the bills went with him. When he had left they both were living with her parents. Now he is living with me, and she is living with her parents rent free. He is paying her for her medical coverage , also she is on medicade. She has no bills. He also had a pfa on her. How much can she get from him?

Well how many children are there? What are the incomes of the parties? Those are the facts that are relevant to making a determination. Not who has what bills or orders.
