Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support inforcement

My child is 18, my ex-husband has child support in arrears $17500. He says he owes $0, but I contacted PA court for a payment history and CA court where the orgin order began to sent a payment history and Kids Support Agency who enforces the order for a pay history and the $17500. is right, and he was to pay for ins but did not, so what should I take or say in court to collect on arrears and payement for health ins? Can I get money back for the ins? Doesn't have to prove he paid, he has a lawyer?

Re: child support inforcement

you can file a petition for contempt of support in your county. if you need an attorney, please do not hesitate to contact me. we may be able to garnish his wages, or bank accounts. you maybe able to have the judge to add your attorneys fees to the arrears as well. i look forward to hearing from you. thank you!

Re: child support enforcement

Your best evidence are the records showing he didn't pay. Its your burden to show he owes you the money. Once you do his burden is to show you he doesn't. If he can't than he loses.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
