Can cys keep a parent away from their child if they miss a hearing cause of incarceration

Depends on what that parent was incarcerated for. I assume that parent is no longer incarcerated. That said ther maybe other reasoins.
I love questions that start "can they" in most cases it means thy did So then they probably can or they wouldn't have done it.
