emergency custody

im am trying to get emergency custody of my 16 year old half sister from her parents what would be the fastest way to get her out of her house and how would i do so ?

You asked about getting custody of a minor sibling.

The tone of your question raises issues that are problematic for me. I believe you need to engage counsel immediately.

Check with your local legal clinic to see if they can help or refer you to a local attorney, pro bono if needed. You may also be able to get help from your local women's shelter. Last stop is the county child and family services organization.

Again, get an attorney as this is not something you can handle on your own.
